SSID - How to Fix Retrieving Wrong Student
If the wrong student was retrieved in SSID please follow the steps below to correct the record.
1. You will need to update the LEA Student # by putting number 9’s in front of it.
The LEA Student # field only allows 10 numbers, if your LEA has more numbers you would only put enough number 9's to total 10 digits. (ex. LEA Student #123456 would become #9999123456)
2. After putting 9’s in front of the LEA Student # you will be able to retrieve the correct student without getting an error stating that the LEA # is already in use.
