ACT - Test Instances
Go to the School Lens > Assessments Tile, click on Other Assessments
Add the date the students took the ACT Test. You can add as many dates as you need to for the test dates.
If you accidentally add the wrong date, you can edit or delete it if no students have been added to that test date. Click the “X” to delete a test. (Only Tests with NO Scores recorded may be edited or deleted.)
Click the “Delete >>” button.
After adding the test instance – select Archived – Now you will see the Date you will enter the test for students.

Select Record Score

Search for the Student you will enter scores for –
Select the student

Enter the scores – Show Scores In Transcript will add these scores to the student transcripts.
