Civics Exam
On the School Lens under Assessments you will select Civics to enter a pass/fail for the students.
From the grid you will see a breakdown by grade level, the number to the right is the total number of students in that grade level. If you hover over Yes/No you will see a count which applies to that category. To bring up a list of students you would click on the All Grades or one grade level at a time.
From the list you will be able to use the filter to show only the students who have passed or who have not passed, or by grade level.
From the list you will see a breakdown of students who have passed and students who have yet to pass.
To pass students, you will click on the edit tab under the grade level.
There are two ways that you can pass the students. (1) Click on Pass All or (2) Click on students name and they will be moved to the list of Students who have passed the Civics Exam list.
If you have selected the wrong student to pass, find the student in the passed the Civics Exam list and click on the name and it will move them back to the yet to pass the Civics Exam list.
When you are finished passing or un-passing the students you need to scroll to the bottom and save.
If you would like a printout of the list, right click the mouse and select print
