Defining a New Test Type

Go to the School Lens > Assessments Tile > Other Assessments, begin by selecting ”Create New Assessment Type”. (Notes: 1. Test Types are usually defined when a new test type is introduced and should not be created for each test. 2. LEA created tests may not appear on reports)

Complete the information about your New Test Type and click “Save”

The following fields are required

1. Code: This can be anything that you want

2. Title: Name of the Test

3. Sort Order: The order in which you want subjects to show

4. Title: Name of the subjects

This is an example how it will look when you are ready to put scores in.

Click the “X” to delete a test. (Only Tests with NO Scores recorded may be edited or deleted.)

Click the “Delete >>” button.
