Entering Student Scores
Once assessments have a scheduled date setup, you can record student scores.
There are two ways to record student scores.
1. Go to Setup / Assessments / Record Score from inside the Assessments screen.


2. Student Search

1. Click on Students
2. Search for Student
3. Select Student
4. Click on Assessments
5. Click on Record New Scores
Select the desired test date. You may need to click “Archived” to display a list of past tests. If there is no test date for the date you need, you will go back to “How to Schedule a Test” and create a new test date.

If a student has more than 1 set of test scores and only wants the best one to display on the transcript, you would select only that one with a check next to show scores in transcript.

Enter the scores and click “Save”

click “Okay”

If you have more scores to enter for different test types for this student you may select Record New Scores (bottom right link) or click “(change)” to work with another student (use the link by student’s name).
Test Scores on Credit Evaluation Report
Certain types of scores entered into Assessments show on the Student Credit Evaluation Report for use by counselors and others in the SEOP process.

The scores are displayed at the bottom of the Student Credit Evaluation Report.
