Attendance By Day
The data pulled by this report will pull excessive absences and report ‘day’ absences not ‘period’ absences.
Changed - Number of Periods Absent = One Absent day will now default to ‘1’ instead of ‘0’.
Schools who take attendance once a day will leave this at the default ‘1’.
If schools have five periods = an absent day, they will need to edit this field to 5.
This will be determined by how many periods a day you take attendance and consider one day = an absence.

Example: Term 1 – 90 days Term 2 - 90 days Or Term 1 – 100 days Term 2 – 80 days Or Term 1 – 180 days.
