Aspire - Emails
As an Administrator you can e-mail by School or by Class.
Make sure that you have something in the subject field or the message will not be sent.
If you have access to the templates you can select one of them to use.
Data Tags have been added to help compose messages. To use them you will need to hit the bracket key on the keyboard it is next to the P. When you do this you will see a drop down and then you can choose from the list.
Select classes then select a teacher.
If more than one class is showing select the class you want, or you can select the envelope and that will let you choose which courses you would like to e-mail.
The E-Mail Body is like using a text pad. It doesn’t act like a word document that applies space between paragraphs.
To create paragraphs between the sentences you want to have a space between them, hit enter about three times to create a large enough space to look like a paragraph break.
Otherwise, the sentences will run together and not look good or be easy to read.
After you click on Email you will now see the following message.

The new way that emails are going to be sent is that they are going into a que and then it will break them up into groups by email providers. (gmail, yahoo, Comcast, etc.)
So please be patient and you will be notified when the email has been sent. You will not receive this until the very last email has been sent.
