How to Enroll a Student at Multiple Schools – (districts only would use this feature)
A student may be enrolled in more than one school site simultaneously. This is called multiple enrollments. One school site is designated as the primary site - school of record and the other school site is designated as the part-time site. As a result, the student will have more than one open enrollment status record.
There are two ways to add a multiply enrollment for a student:
It is important to note that multiple enrollment must be carried out from a student’s primary site M - main enrollment / school of record / primary site.
Multiple Enrollment - New Student
Determine which school site will be the school of record site for the new student and select that school.
Select the Entry Code that applies to the student
Most of the time, it is E1- 1st time enrolled this year unless it is a part-time student.

Select a “School Track”
Select
Continue with the enrollment procedure until the student’s information is complete.
This process and the membership calculations are based on the entry and exit dates.
Multiple Enrollment – No Change to Entry Date - for a current enrolled student Enroll a Student at Multiple Schools – (districts only would use this feature)

One school site is designated as the primary site - school of record and the other school site is designated as the part-time site - NA Record. As a result, the student will have more than one open enrollment status record.
It is important to note that multiple enrollment must be carried out from a student’s primary site M - main enrollment / school of record / primary site.
Multiple Enrollment - Current Student
Select - Search Students
Select 'C' for Change - the 'C' will allow changing the student’s enrollment status -
Reason: - leave as - Transfer to another Track
Effective Date: will be the date the student will start enrollment at the other school. This may or may not be the same as the first school enrollment date.
Status: Change from A: Active to M: Primary Site of Multiple Sites
Entry Code: use - 1st time Enrolled this year
Make sure to leave all courses checked marked as scheduled unless you are removing a course on the student schedule for the main enrollment school.
If you wish to remove a course, uncheck it and the student will be exited from the class. Make sure that is what you want, otherwise, leave them all checked.
Scroll Down - scroll bar in on the right of the Retain Schedule
Select - Add: Part-Time Status
Select: In the dropdown, the school for the second enrollment
Once you have received the message
The other school will be able to see them and schedule them.
