Aspire - Email Grade Level
This feature allows an administrator to send an e-mail message to all students of a school or to a specific grade level.
Permissions to Email Grade Levels - Student should only be given to one or two users at the LEA -
LEA Lens - Permissions select Control Master

Edit Groups - System Admininistrator, Principals, Secretaries, etc.
Group Permissions - Student Utilites
Select “Email Grade Level, Email Group”

From the school lens, select the envelope, which when you hover your mouse over it will read “E-mail Grade Levels”.

Select - Grade Levels

Select - Grade Levels. Select who you want the message sent to.

Send this message to:
Selected Students
Selected Student's Contacts
Include Non-Custodial Contacts

Type in a “Subject” and a “Message” in the Body.
Include Data Tags by typing in a '[ ' bracket and a drop-down of tags will be available to select - list is under Data Tags.


Select “Send”

This message will appear once the e-mail has been sent. Click “Okay”
