Aspire - Email Class
This feature allows faculty to send an e-mail message to all students within a specific class, selected students within a class, and contacts of selected students.
Permissions to Delete Student should only be given to one or two users at the LEA -
LEA Lens - Permissions select Control Master

Edit Groups - System Admininistrator - and many more groups
Group Permissions - Student Utilites
Select “Email Class”

Teachers can E-Mail class in the Gradebook
Select - Track>Teacher>Term>Class
HINT: Some faculty may have access to more than one track (multiple schools) because they teach at different schools within the same LEA. An administrator may have access to multiple teachers, also.



Students will be preselected by default. Select who you want the message sent to.

Send this message to:
Selected Students
Selected Student's Contacts
Include Non-Custodial Contacts

Next, type in a “Subject” and a “Message”.
Include Data Tags by typing in a '[ ' bracket and a drop-down of tags will be available to select - list is under Data Tags.

Select “Send”

This message will appear once the e-mail has been sent. Click “Okay”
