Schools can now also track K thru 6 grade levels
Administration/Office Access

Teacher / Secretary Access – Classes Lens

Schools have three testing sessions Fall, Mid-Year, and Spring.
The only time the column to enter information will be open is when it is that testing session. Fall will be open first of the school year until November 30, Mid-Year will be open December 1 until March 4th and Spring will be open March 5th until end of school year. If you have not entered information and the window closes, contact your school or district SIS Administrator and they can set the permission to open a window in Control Master.

Retained students - When a student has been retained in the current grade for the following year, you will now see historical information for that student.

Testing sessions display in color: Green – Numeracy testing on grade level Red (pink) – not Numeracy testing on grade level

Exited Students – must be edited in the grade level they were enrolled in.

Current Tab - On the grade level class – for efficiency - users can ‘Set all at grade level’ to Numeracy on Grade level and then, change those individual students that are not on grade level.
Inactive students will always be available to update Numeracy on grade level for UTREx submissions in their grade level class.
Students will only be available in the class you have selected to edit but, history of the Numeracy on grade level will follow the students in the other grade levels for monitoring student progress.
Set all at grade level - This is done on the ‘Current’ tab

Exited from class – will display but, users need to be in the right grade level for the student to edit.

Users can edit the student when selecting the current grade level, the student is enrolled in.
Example: Student in grade 5 can only be updated and edited in grade 5 but, users can see historical data for previous grade levels if it is available.
