Can’t Remember User Name
1. Go to Manage Users>Users Accounts and enter the student’s email to find their account.
If the student doesn’t know what email they used, you can search in Manage Student>Merge Student Users by their name.
NOTE: If students don’t know their username, often they also don’t remember their password. You may want to reset it using the steps in Password Reset.

Password Reset
1. Go to Manage Users>Users Accounts and enter the student’s email or username to find their account.
If the student doesn’t know that info, you can search in Manage Student>Merge Student Users by their name. Then go to Users Account to continue.
2. Click on the pencil icon.
3. Click Reset Password, enter a new password, and save.
Password: 1Changeme!
The user will be asked to create a new password when they log in.

The User did not receive a Confirmation Email
The user’s SPAM filter could block the confirmation email. USBE can confirm the student’s account on their behalf.
1. Go to Manage Users>Users Accounts and enter the student’s email or username to find their account.
If the student doesn’t know that info, you can search in Manage Student>Merge Student Users by their name. Then go to Users Account to continue.
2. Click on the pencil icon.
3. Check the EmailConfirmed box and save.
Where do I go to see my courses?
Students are often confused and think they will work on their courses in SEATS. They need to be redirected to log in to the online school that they registered with.
To see where the student registered for classes:
1. Go to Manage CCA > Manage CCAs
2. In the Student field, type in the student’s name (last name, first name)
3. Look over at the Provider column to see the name of the online school.
